3. Phishing, Smishing, Vishing, and Business Email Compromise
This module strengthens information security against impersonation fraud: how to identify phishing, smishing, and vishing attacks, recognize financial fraud attempts such as fake bank account changes, detect risks associated with calls, messages, or cloned voices, and apply the second-channel verification rule as a mandatory control to prevent losses, unauthorized access, and poorly validated critical decisions.

4. Information Handling and Data Protection
This module strengthens information security and data protection within the company: how to identify sensitive information, apply the minimum necessary rule, avoid data extraction through personal channels or unauthorized media, and properly handle the retention and secure disposal of physical and digital documents.

5. Malware, Ransomware, and Continuity Through Backups
This module strengthens information security and operational continuity against malware and ransomware: how infections begin, which early warning signs to detect, how to act correctly in the first minutes of an incident, and why backups are essential to recover operations without losing control of information.

6. Incident Reporting and Initial Response
This module strengthens information security from the user's operational response: what must be reported as an incident or near miss, how to act in the first minutes, which behaviors to avoid so the situation does not get worse, and how every event becomes an opportunity for continuous improvement for the company.
